Returns & Exchange Policy:
If you find a manufacturing defect or damage from shipping please contact Expressed Eloquence for instructions on how to return the item(s).
NOTE: Return authorization is required before returned item(s) will be accepted.
Returns and exchanges must be approved by Expressed Eloquence before they can be returned for funds or exchanged for a different item.
Steps –
1. Take and email photo of damage to: expressedelq@gmail.com
2. Contact Expressed Eloquence to get your Return Authorization for your return or exchange.
Rules –
1) All Fragrances and Bath & Body product are NON-REFUNDABLE.
2) All online items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of your order date.
3) Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes, containers, with tags attached.
4) Packages must include Return Authorization provided by Expressed Eloquence.
